Multispecialty Clinic | Endoscopy | Advanced Skin Care | Day-Care Facility

Located in Surat, Gujarat, Dr. Arora Elite Care Hospital and Skin Clinic is a 10-bed multispecialty clinic developed for Dr. Arora over approximately 480 sq.m. The project, completed in 2024, is planned entirely on a single floor, requiring careful space optimisation to accommodate consultation, procedures, endoscopy, recovery and inpatient functions within a compact footprint.

AMRD’s planning approach focused on creating a clear and efficient clinical layout while maintaining patient privacy and smooth movement between consultation, treatment and recovery areas. The facility includes two specialised OPDs for Endoscopy and Advanced Skin Care, supported by reception and waiting areas, two procedure rooms, an Endoscopy OT, pre- and post-operative recovery, CSSD, a small pharmacy, and both sharing and private patient rooms.

The compact zoning allows diagnostic and procedural functions to remain closely connected while separating patient waiting, treatment and recovery areas as far as possible within the available floor plate. Particular emphasis was placed on functional adjacencies between the Endoscopy OT, recovery and CSSD to support efficient clinical workflow.

The completed facility demonstrates how a 480 sq.m. single-floor space can be transformed into a focused 10-bed multispecialty clinic, integrating advanced skin care, endoscopy, minor procedures, pharmacy support and short-stay patient care within a well-organised healthcare environment.
